This completely smoke-free hotel offers accomadations minutes away from JFK Airport in Jamaica, Queens. Prospect Park in Brooklyn is 16 km away and Manhattan is 19 minutes' drive from the hotel. Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and staff is overwhelmingly friendly.

The woman at the desk got us a room with 2 beds - a change from the single originally reserved (I don’t know her name but it was Feb. 24 afternoon). Also, George Dallas was a great driver, friendly and professional taking us to the airport.

There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel.
There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel. The hotel service was really bad. It was 25 degrees outside and cold in the hotel on one side of the room by the window. The heater was barely heating to my satisfaction and all I had was a thin cover. I asked the attendant at the desk for a blanket, and he looked at me as if I was from another planet. He suggested that I turn the temperature to the ideal setting of 78 degrees. The heater worked for a while and then it wasn't as effective later in the morning. I would suggest better service and a blanket at least.

I have chosen to go there again ! My previous booking was also via Booking.com ! However, this time ! The experience was terrible! I will no longer consider this hotel for the next monthly stay! The manager or so called! She needs hotel training ...

Everything about this stay was perfect for me. Very clean & fresh, comfortable room and the location was ideal. Easy walk to the park, bar & lounges as well as restaurants and grab & go stores. Definitely would recommend & for sure would use this location for my next stay.

From US$368.05 per nightmodest but good accommodation for visiting New York we stayed for 6 nights very quiet location with two metro stations and a bus station from which you can go to all parts of New York also a good direct connection to JFK landings in the immediate vicinity several markets and places to eat the nights were surprisingly quiet The communication with the apartment manager was very good, he was helpful and available if we needed anything, the check-in was smooth, there was a girl waiting for us who gave us directions and keys.

The hotel decor was classy and upmarket, and the hotel and area felt safe and secure. The staff were friendly and made our stay special. The location was extremely close to two subway stops, and also close to others. It was well positioned to walk around lower east side and further. It was great to have free coffee in the mornings, and the option to spend the room tax in the cafe which served croissants and cake. Super easy access from/to JFK using the J train and Airtrain.
