we come to visit Winston same every 2 month for a business convention and they by far have the best staff anywhere. Even during the rush of checking so many guests in they keep a fresh attitude and a great smile. this crew is like the Chik Fil A of the hotel business. speaking of food what can I say about that INCREDIBLE breakfast and those OMELETTES are just to die for. The overall stay was great . I just wished they had a inside pool. The bed was so comfortable literally my favorite spot . I didn't get to check out the exercise room because I was in love with the bed . And the breakfast was greatttt I love those waffles lol been looking for that brand since I got home. I was disappointed with the stay. Check in took too long. While the room was clean, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. I asked the staff for one but NEVER got it. I asked for additional towels, as they only had a face and bath towel in the room. They didn’t provide any extras.
It was noisy at night. The bed was rather unstable. I would not recommend.

The staff was great and helpful. The room was nothing like on line. There was no place in bath room to place your tolietries or no hair dryer, which all hotels I have stayed at have. The electric outlets were cracked plus none of the outlets were convientant to plug in phone. There was a small bug in my floor which I killed.

Clemmons was surprisingly full of things to do. Great shopping and close enough to water parks, go cart racing, paintball, minor league baseball games, very good restaurants, and much more. During my stay, people seemed very friendly and accommodating. Great golf destination! I stayed at the Villiage Inn Event Center, and was surprised at the comfort and accommodations provided for the low price.

I was visiting a family member who was also visiting Winston...
I was visiting a family member who was also visiting Winston Salem. We had some great meals in unique restaurants, took wonderful walks at a nearby lake and at Reynolda and in town. We went to the local theatre production of Prince of Egypt which was fabulous, went to the Bookmarks fundraiser and to the Moravian Museum. Had a wonderful time.
