The Bissing House is situated in Hays. The property has garden and city views. All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The included breakfast was very good - it was plated, and you could order what you wanted via a website. The room was very comfortable and clean. They included a binder of the history of the house and local attractions. I was only there overnight on a road trip, but I'd happily stay longer.
