Our whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed because it offered a pool and hot tub. Our family used them a few times every day that we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and we used the common area of the hotel a few times during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson left his stuffed animal in the room at check out. The front desk called right away when housekeeping found it. Luckily we hadn't left town and we went back to pick it up. We will be returning to this hotel next time we are in town. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded all our expectations.

The place looks older but it was a pleasant stay the house keepers took care of us. Bobby at the front desk is hard working an very polite and professional it's quiet and the location is great dollar general is 2/10 of a mile away an also 2 dispensaries which are very affordable so that was a huge plus for location.

We love Gaylord. We have camped out there three times.
We love Gaylord. We have camped out there three times. Just beautiful. Downtown Gaylord has many restaurants and grocery stores. But, what makes it special is that ln iess than one hour, we can get to the west and Lake Michigan. We have used Gaylord for a starting point for many day trips: Petoskey, Mackinac City, Little Traverse Bay, Traverse City, and Torch Lake. We love the area.

We were coming from Indiana to visit the pictured rocks in Munising. Gaylord was a great place to stay half way to our destination. The hotel was cheaper than if we had been closer to the lakes, so we saved money by staying in Gaylord.
