This place is clean, well stocked and perfect for self-catering. We never met Rosa in person but we had her number in case we needed to contact her. Like most of Fayetteville, you need a car to get around. We really enjoyed our stay

My husband and I are from the area he was stationed at Fort Bragg so we met Spring Lake unless you are military and have business on base really just skip it just saying ain’t nothing good coming out of there except for nightshade tattoo society however the hotel was phenomenal. We left for a reason

This hotel is for MILITARY personnel only.

This hotel is for MILITARY personnel only. The hotel is on the military base and It is very difficult and restricted for non military to get on and off the base. This is NOT made clear and found in the small print on the 4th page of making the reservation. HUGE RIP-OFF!

Everything was awesome in Fayetteville from traveling around...

Everything was awesome in Fayetteville from traveling around town to going to welcome center for information about the area was awesome. Traveling around was not as bad as being in Charleston SC. Less stressful. I'm looking forward to transitioning to Fayetteville.

It was high Teck, easy to get in.

It was high Teck, easy to get in. I had a place to park my car inside the garage. supper helpful in anything I needed. 10 out of 10 I have them on my saved list. If I ever go back, I will stay there. I love this place. The owner was so nice.

Horrible accommodations.

Horrible accommodations. The whole places reeked of cigarettes. Also, I read other reviews and a lot say there was construction in the lobby back from year 2022 well that construction is still going on. There is no construction going on. They aren’t fixing anything! Just allowing the hotel to remain looking like crap.

Fayetteville is not a good place to find things to do.

Fayetteville is not a good place to find things to do. We just needed a place to stop along our trip. We were able to find a really good Italian restaurant within several miles of the hotel. Luigi's Italian Chop House and Bar was really good. The drinks and food were exceptional. The wine list was amazing.

Hope Mills NC is a nice town to visit.

Hope Mills NC is a nice town to visit. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Not a big mall type of town, but you could find whatever you needed. It is not far from downtown Fayetteville or Fort Bragg. If I were a soldier's family traveling to start a new life at Ft. Bragg I would much rather stay in Hope Mills and travel to Ft. Bragg. The hotels near Ft. Bragg are unsafe for families. I use to live near here in Fayetteville near Ft Bragg from 1970- 1986. Much has changed and there are areas of Fayetteville that are not safe. This is why I chose to stay in Hope Mills, NC during my visit with my son and his family.

I reserved a pet friendly room for $100 with tax.

I reserved a pet friendly room for $100 with tax. When I checked in, I had to pay another $40 for my pet! That was very deceiving. The pool had dirt and mold in it. Tub drain was full of hair😖 The hallway carpet was soaking wet, and had a bad odor. Then I found out that the “ breakfast “ included was a grab and go style. I love country inns and suites, in Port Orange Fl, but this is just a dumpy, overpriced, trashy motel. Very disappointed!!

Hay Street had quite a few restaurants.

Hay Street had quite a few restaurants. Getting around was easy but I was only there for a funeral. Not that many touristy spots in Fayetteville. It is basically a military base and a small city in comparison to Charlotte or Raleigh Durham area.
