Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, making it an excellent value for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Our room was spacious, featuring comfortable beds that contributed to a restful stay. The swimming pool was another highlight—truly a delightful amenity. Additionally, the breakfast options were fairly priced and offered a good variety of flavors to choose from.

Really nice staff, great accommodations, smells awesome the moment you walk in. I know that sounds weird but the place smells really clean and fresh. Also nice coffee station right at reception, there day and night. Netflix streams on big tv which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and you have elaborate control on the temp and fans. They say cats and dogs welcome... never heard cats welcome, but we have three so if we ever need to evacuate, we're coming here.

My wife forgot a beloved coat at the hotel when we checked out and we feared it was lost for good. But when we called a week later, the very friendly and helpful staff member not only confirmed that they had found the coat, but immediately offered a service to help send it back to us (overseas!). The coat arrived promptly and we are very grateful.

Clovis has a wonderful small town charm.
Clovis has a wonderful small town charm. Lots of things to see and do. We had lunch at a Bobby Salazar's Restaurant. Nice atmosphere and fantastic food - we got the Combination appetizer platter and it was enough for 3 people! Add the chips and salsa and you're set. Nice place to hang out if it's 100+ degrees outside.

This property needs to be updated. The rooms are dated. I also recieved an erroneous charge after having stayed there over two weeks ago!
I was told at checkout that everything was fine. I had no charges to to room nor was there any damage to the property.
All was well.
Mow, TWO WEEKS later, I was billed 3.38 for some erroneous charge at 4:38 am Fri Sept 3rd. I called almost immediately to inquire about this charge.
I spoke to Jennifer at the the front desk and she said it was a charge that quote the girls forgot to charge to my final bill!
Not buying it!!
I checked out of that property on Sept 14th!
She even claimed the charge was listed on the Booking.Com site.
The problem is, when I booked the room through the Booking.com site, all taxes AND Fees were included in the price!!
Jennifer said she would remove the charge but it shouldn't have been on there in the first place because it was included when the room was booked.
She asked for name and said she would remove it. If not, I'm going to contact corporate!
I don't buy her story!
I have NEVER had any fees charge two weeks after a stay at ANY hotel and I've been travelling for decades!!

Place has deteriorated; Not a place for a few nights stay with family. Expectation for a Ramada was not met. Parking lot was full of trash, people were BBQ in the parking lot taking up parking spaces. Floors were dirty, rooms were dirty....spider webs and hairs every where. Would not stay again in its current state. We had book 3 night stayed only one.
Location is located right off the 99 fwy. Near shopping center, food, coffee. I guess we can survive one night any where. Motel 6 across the street was much cleaner.

Fresno is a city of about 156,000, mostly laid out in large squares. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, but a bit difficult to find healthy food. Highways cross the city, but it was pretty easy to get around. The downtown area needs cleaning up, as it is old and many places need attention.
We only slept and ate there, as we spent all our time in the national parks. The airport is lovely, though, with large faux sequoias and cedars. Only 16 gates, so it's not a lot of walking.

I was extremely disappointed with my rental experience because you (Booking.com) would not honor a simple request to have my hotel location switched from one city (Fresno) to another (Los Angeles). Furthermore, you would not even honor my secondary request to waive the cancelation fee. Regardless of your policy, either request should have been honored. I am a dissatisfied customer and will never do business with you again.

Fresno is pretty underrated, most folks pass through on the way to Yosemite. We were here to attend graduation at Valdez center. Next door there were folks going to a wrestling event. There's great South East Asian and Mexican food throughout town, farmers markets' with local grown items, prices are more reasonable than in bigger cities, a nightlife scene that was bustling with young people- while as adults we enjoyed a speakeasy after a delicious Lao dinner. If you like shopping there are a lot of retail stores and thrift shops. When we have more time we'd like to check out some historical places, gardens, and eat more local food.
