The Bed&Breakfast was located in central New Bern and we loved the host and the outstanding breakfast. The host was so friendly and gave us recommandations for dinner. We were able to let our car at the building the next day, so we could walk around the town without looking for a parking space for our car. New Bern was a stopover on our way to the Outer Banks and was perfect for one night.

The town of New Bern is very quaint-but offers a variety of restaurants and shops. The museums are top notch. Authentic restoration has been completed with much research.
The churches are breathtaking.
Everyone should absolutely tour the Tryon Mansion and take The Trolley Tour.

I had a fantastic experience at Bridge Point Hotel & Marina. The room was spotless and well-kept, and the overall cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. For the price, it’s an unbeatable value—very affordable without sacrificing comfort or quality.
The location is perfect: just a short walk to downtown New Bern and surrounded by great restaurants. Whether you're exploring the historic district or grabbing a bite nearby, everything is super convenient.
The complimentary hot breakfast was a big plus—plenty of options and a great way to start the day.
I’ll most definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value!

New Bern is a friendly, beautiful historic town with peaceful river views, quaint shops, and restaurants offering everything from ice cream to casual dining to upscale offerings.
