The manor is a beautiful property with a nice view on the lake. The pictures don’t do it justice! The room was clean and comfortable and the owners very friendly and easy to reach. We will definitely be going back!

The staff went above and beyond to help when a technical issue popped up on my arrival. While staying above a functioning bar/tavern may not be for everyone it was perfect for me. The tavern's staff and regulars welcomed me and I almost felt like a local by the time the week was done.

Location was convenient to me as it was close to the Canadian border, quite, no distrurbance and the resturant is below. Fairly vibrant resturant with local crowd.

Newport is a quaint Vermont town. Lots of rolling hills and old farms. Very cool New England town. Had dinner at the East Side restaurant which was very good and saw a beautiful sunset from the deck during our dinner.

Our rental was actually in Glover, next to Barton.
Our rental was actually in Glover, next to Barton. The busy Bee Diner at the base of the mountain serves an excellent breakfast, and the locals are friendly and helpful. There is a general store across from the diner. Very peaceful area. We celebrated our anniversary there. As we were on motorcycle, we enjoyed several rides with the scenery and wildlife. We have no reviews of local attractions or parks as we did not visit any. Plenty of small restaurants within a half hours ride from the rental.

The view was amazing from the house and in a great location...
The view was amazing from the house and in a great location to the ski resort. The house was very clean. The shower and bathroom sink dripped and were stained by iron in the water. There was a love seat and a single chair in the living room. It would be nice to have something to stretch out and relax a little more while there.

There for a wedding. Typical Vermont small city. Get google maps lined up first, cell service up there is unpredictable.
Friendly! Safe! Not a hotspot for urban excitement of bastion of culture or sophistication. But that’s why I live up here. Good neighbors, clean, people have good politics and great quality of life.

The day we got there myself and my wife and my two young...
The day we got there myself and my wife and my two young kids 6yrs and 9yrs the cottage had a weird smell and the mattresses were old . Not comfortable dust everywhere, behind the night stand was full of mosquitoes, the carpet was duty , Would not recommende it to anyone.It was not worth the price I paid for it .

The property was great, we were there for a hockey tournament. The team had a lot of fun at the water park. The ice arena was very clean and the parking garage was right next door to the ice arena very convenient.
