Upon arrival, the staff at the front was so lovely and accommodating (we booked 2 seperate nights and they were able to keep us in the same room with no fuss of checking out etc). The property was super clean and very modern. The size of the bed and the comfort was amazing. All facilities were very clean (laundry, gym etc).

It was a pleasure to stay there. The cleanliness,location and the staff were above expectations. The breakfast was hot and fresh everyday. We were guests there for five days and we plan to stay there again next year.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful with information on the area. The breakfasts were excellent. The history of the house from the host was very entertaining. The location was far enough from the bustle of downtown Durango to be very quiet at night, but easy to walk to downtown so you didn't need to take your car and deal with trying to find parking downtown.
