Excellent location for terminal D, from getting out of security to the hotel lobby I think we took like 5 min slow walk :) and it’s right in the terminal. It was excellent for an overnight stay and worth the extra money compared to other hotels around the airport.

We had a very stressful situation with our connecting flight from Dallas to Orlando being cancelled. We booked the best western for pure convenience and proximity to the airport. It could have been better if it weren't for the bad experience I had at the OYO Hotel Irving DFW Airport South. They didn't have any rooms available, and I had to find another place to stay at the end of the day. Now, they charge me as "no show". Just great.

Cleanliness of room and bedding was good. Overall stay was uncomfortable for my family with young children. No amenities which made it difficult, NO Fridge, NO Microwave, No coffee machine, we couldn't keep our few groceries cold. No microwave which meant kids couldn't have a late night snack . Table was broken so was useless. Toilet wasn't working properly, easily got clogged, the bathroom smelled horrible.

I loved how clean everything was. The breakfast was phenomenal. So many choices.The fitness center was great. We didn't take advantage of the pool but maybe next time. The staff was very nice. They upgraded our room the next day and it was just amazing. Plenty of parking which was perfect since we had a rental.

I like the location only because I needed to be at the hospital at a certain time. No traffic. I didn't like the fact we couldn't go swimming because the front desk clerk didn't tell us the time the pool closed. We've stayed at other locations where the pool stayed open longer or all night.

I love the 24 hour pool, love the no hidden fees or extra hold costs, I love the morning pastry selections (so good), staff was always nice and quick to answer questions. I liked that the hotel was within 30 minutes or less of all our destinations, we ate at texas de brazil, getting around is easy, I mean we still had to use map, but who doesn't these days, we went to Grandscape (ferries wheel, shows, food, and more), we went to WorldSprings (which was awesome because they have an adult only section), we did TopGolf (Tuesdays are 1/2 price). I like this hotel. I like simple and clean and good prices.

Grapevine has so much to do. Something for everyone. Lots of family attractions. There is almost every type of restaurant you can imagine. Any type of shopping you might want is available from boutique to mall shopping to discount stores and big box stores. The downtown area is lovely with an historic feel. Only 20 minutes from Dallas also. DO NOT MISS MEOW WOLF

Reserved the 6 AM shuttle for an 8:30 flight. Shuttle never came!!! Terrible experience, staff never notified me that shuttle will not run, they told me when I came down stairs at 5:55AM as per their instructions the night before.
