The beds are very comfortable and the staff is so accommodating and consistently friendly. The Wi-Fi and big screen TV is also excellent. Also, kudos on setting out a Keurig pot of coffee in the snack area. I used it a few times as I was preparing notes to guest on a major podcast. And being able to have items printed that I created on my computer laptop was also a plus.

For the money I paid, this is an excellent hotel. The reception staff is very friendly, the shuttle service great, the room size perfect. They even have a pool. . I did not check the breakfast as I had to leave very early.

Florence is a busy place.
Florence is a busy place. We chose it because it was in between Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and easy to get back on highway to head home. There is so much to do in the area, but it was over 90 degrees the day we arrived and the next day that we didn't get around to the Stringtown Park which was what I had planned for the first day we arrived. We could have stayed another week and not covered all there is to do in the area - if you want to deal with 71/75 and Cincinnati traffic.

Very close to airport and short 30 min drive to The Ark Experience which was breathtaking. We are returning between Day after Thanksgiving to end of year for Christmas lights display. This hotel was a good deal. Amazing local place to eat, a must dining experience to go to is at Greyhound Tavern. You won't regret doing all these things.

I enjoyed the city, the greenery, the choices of restaurants. My favorite was Mexican food.
The Taco Bell staff members were especially polite and caring. We forgot a cane from one of our ladies and the kept it behind the counter until we got there. We appreciated it very much.

Florence is a busy town.
Florence is a busy town. It was close to Ohio, and our destinations were with in an hours drive. There were restaurants and shopping nearby. My only regret is that most of the restaurants are chains, and we would like to have gone to an authentic Italian, or Chinese restaurant to eat.

Staff was very nice, but the hotel was dirty everywhere - from the elevator to our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Website stated that there was a pool (the reason I selected it) for my grandson to use. It looked like it had been out of order for some time in that it had some construction items all around. This should have been posted in the information for the hotel. Was not a happy camper and since I had prepaid I stayed anyway because I thought I would not get my money back. I am 85 years old and was on a trip with my grandson. It was very disappointing to both of us!

They need a better cleaning staff. Sheets were not changed, shower had hair in it. Switched to another room from king to queen and that room did not have clean sheets either because we found someone’s credit card in the bed under the sheets..

Although we found items in our room that didn't belong to us, the room was very nice. Staff could have been more attentive to guests. It is not acceptable to watch guests be ignored by staff at the front desk. I observed this more than once. Pool was cloudy and cold, too cold for many adults.
