Perfect place for visiting Kennedy Space center. Clean, spacious house and the pool backyard was amazing. The host was super nice :) She even sent us a message that there was a rocket launch during our stay and we could watch it from the house. For a person from Europe, it was a one of a lifetime experience to see it, we would have definitely missed it without her :)

Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

Nicely remodeled one bedroom place. It's located on the upper lever of a condo looking place. Easy access to the parking spot and beautiful landscaped outside seating and entrance. The floor plan was a nice open contemporary atmosphere and each room was welcoming.
The only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the bedroom so that I could have placed my shorts and shirts in a drawer instead of having them on the chair or the need to live out of my suit case while staying there. But I would definitely stay there again!

I go to Cocoa beach because of the cruises of MSC.
The MSC Seashore departs from Port Canaveral so that is the best location to spend the night before.

Very modern condo with excellent view of the marina. Good email communication and checkin instructions clear. Lots of cleaning products and toiletries provided. Great TVs. Lots of wildlife and marina activities. Gym and swimming pool were great however concerns around lack of code/key required to access these facilities. No on-site security or reception staff. No safe in the condo. Some cleaning and furniture improvements required. Very noisy roads nearby.

Lovely little area, we stayed before boarding our ship for our cruise so we didn't do alot in Cocoa.. The "Ihop" next to the hotel was some of the best tasting food I've ever had at an Ihop..

Beach was nice and clean and close to our hotel. Views from Cocoa beach pier were fantastic. Food and drink can be purchased on pier.
Saw a night time space launch clearly from the beach. Lots of wild life including woodpeckers, gannets, also saw a small tortoise run between the sand dunes. Lovely beach.

I didn't care for the neighborhood and the actual mobile house is old, but the decor is cute, the setup outside with patio and firepit is nice. Ample parking. Dogs barking in the morning as it is a family neighborhood. It did the job of a place to sleep before we boarded our cruise ship. Beds are comfy and my daughter and I loved the shampoo and conditioner, lol! Being on the water was beautiful also! I liked the location, just not so much how run down the neighborhood is.

I definitely recommend this hotel. It was a short walk to the beach and great for finding seashells. The surfers were out as the waves where good size when I was there.We ate breakfast in the lobby and had Starbucks coffee. We drove to Fish Lips for dinner; it is a favorite to eat at when visiting Cocoa Beach. The pool was inviting and clean too!

The location of Cape Crossing was really handy for the Kennedy Space Center and for wildlife spotting at Merritt Island. The river outside was a magnet for dolphins and manatees - all which could be enjoyed with a great cocktail in hand from the Dolphin bar (which was fab and had a great atmosphere). It was nice to have a private balcony and there was plenty of free parking.
