everything...for a motel it's fabulous. very spacious rooms, fridge freezer, coffee machines, huge comfy beds and loads of fluffy towels..good complimentary bathroom extras..Staff are just lovely, nothing too much trouble..Highly recommend this motel.

Clean, modern, nice sitting area, walk-in closet with dresser. Good lighting. Good breakfast included (even came around with fresh smoothies). No pets this trip but was told no extra charge for dogs! Noon check-out.

I despise this hotel. Room was disgusting. Dirty socks on the floor. Stains on the bedding, open bottles of wine in the “office” behind the check in counter. Rude staff. We didn’t stay, left about 10-15 minutes after checking in. Was unable to get a refund. Was told to contact the manager next day for a refund. I’ve called 11 times and not received an answer. The phone rings through to a voicemail that says the inbox is full. Emails not answered either. Had to dispute the charges through the bank.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I was looking for property and Hayden is top on my list for Idaho. Feel of the woods, but not to far from essentials like good hospital, dining, and necessities. Highly recommended for hiking, golf, and summer sports.

Coeur D Alane is horrible! Please don't come here. I kid. I live in CDA and it's like living in a National Park. Lot's of outdoor activities, beautiful area, lots of good restaurants, shops and pubs. What's not to like? Numerous good snow skiing mountains within a 2 hour drive (or less depending on where you go) friendly people, great hiking trails, cool little shops of all types and the Hiawatha bike trail that is a paved route over an old railroad route, which is quite enjoyable (only open in the summer) is located at Lookout mountain, where they rent bikes and bus you back from the end out the route. Additionally, Lookout is a great skiing location in the winter. Family owned and operated with a volunteer Ski Patrol makes for a pleasant and warm and friendly environment that's family oriented. Highly recommended.

The bathroom vent had cobwebs and the towels were rough and smelled like bleach. There were several stains and marks on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. We could also hear the people next door.
Nothing worked the ice machine or soda.
The breakfast sausages were burnt and they had no fresh fruit available. Everything was just so disappointing. We got no rest at all during our stay.

We love the inland Northwest, Coeur d Alene area. TONS of things to do in this area, year-round area... for fun and exciting activities

It was the same hotel I used to stay thirty years ago and looks like nobody has done any maintenance or updates . It’s good the bones are still there for someone who cares to add to Post Falls, not from it. The staff told me how wonderful their WiFi was, yet anytime we tried to connect it told us to get closer. I would have liked it in my room. Post falls is gorgeous and needs quality places to stay at a fair price.
