Everything was perfect - the hotel, the room, the breakfast! What was so nice was the shuttle bus; it picked me up at the BWI train station promptly and would take me to any restaurant within two miles of the hotel. All the drivers were kind and considerate.

We left too early for breakfast. Check in late in the evening with Nina was exceptional. Check out with Gabi was also well done. We went to the bar and had a few drinks. Looked like a nice place to hang out but we were too tired.

When I saw how the breakfast situation was set up, I just bought some blueberry muffins which were excellent! Even though the hotel itself was not everything I expected it to be, I loved the fireplace and the shower in my room. The toilet was rather low. And I think there should be more railings in an "accessible" room. But, what made it so very nice was the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant even though they did not have all the answers to my questions.

It is accessible to closer main MD cities such as Annapolis, Baltimore, Riva. The hotel is located in a peaceful place, the room was clean, with necessary supplies. The front desk person was nice and we were able to do an early check in which was a plus as we were driving long before the sunrise.

This is a business district that is a quiet area.
This is a business district that is a quiet area. It has ample dining options like Cracker Barrel, Chili's, Starbucks, fast food,, and more.. Although it is close and convenient to BWI Airport it is quiet enough that you can't hear the planes all the time. There is a movie theater in town. There is also a maritime and aviation museum. Depending on. Which hotel you stay at you can walk to places to eat. However a personal car or Uber is better

I loved the area.
I loved the area. I was also in close proximity to Baltimore. In the Glen Burnie-Baltimore area, there were a lot of fun activities! I was in town for a concert. I was able to eat a delicious meal at an Italian eatery, stay at a nice place, and enjoy my time.

we were flying out of BWI and wanted something with a shuttle, clean and close. This will be the only BWI hotel I ever use again and have already highly recommended it! The shades on the window were inoperable.
The shades on the window were inoperable. They were down and could not be raised. There was what appeared to be a homeless person in the lobby at check in and there was a car on blocks with no wheels in the parking lot when we checked out. The feeling was that it was not a safe place to stay.

I like the set up of the room but it was definitely crazy we had to request extra towels as soon as we arrived for 5 guests we only had 3 towels then to my surprise when we went to bed the first bed the one side felt broken like sunk down and they were both every hard and uncomfortable and we had no extra linens for the pull out couch I again had to request! I will say our requests were immediately attended to and the delivery staff was pleasant! As the face of your company at guest check in they could be a bit kinder when explaining the wrist band situation which gave me the ick as it was annoying having to keep that on during our entire stay!If I had to come back I would definitely look for a different hotel because I feel I could have found better for the amount I paid for a one night stay!

I usually travel to Hanover at least 3 times a year. Its a great place to get away to. The best thing about this area is it has several restaurants to choose from. There are many places to shop. It is also easy to travel to other places around Maryland from that area.

An aging facility which does not really have suites (at least what meets our expectation of a suite). AC was noisy and it was either really cold or luke warm as the wall thermostat didn't seem to have much control. Caulk should never be used to try and properly attach shower heads and tub faucets because, as this local proved, it doesn't work. There obviously used to be a TV in the "living area" of the "suite" but it was no where to be found. Will likely look for another venue should we return to this area.

Great area if you want a location close to the airport, restaurants, and outside of the rush of Baltimore. The area is clean and very accessible to nearby highways for traveling in and out of the area. We ate dinner just down the road at Primanti Bros, a fun sports-bar type restaurant with reasonably priced entrees and signature drinks.

If you like to shop and eat there is so much to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Due to the shortness of our trip, I wasn't able to take advantage of the opportunity. My shopping sister and I are planning a longer visit in order to shop and try some of the bookmarked restaurants we want to visit.

The hotel is located very close to BWI Airport. The transfer is free (the drivers are very polite & helpful), but you have to call the hotel when you exit the luggage area if the airport and note the location where you are (it is stated on the pole just outside the terminal). Breakfast is free and quite good. The hotel could get refreshed, but it’s ok for a 1 night stay.
