Comfortable, clean room, beautifully decorated to suit the era of the hotel. I requested and was given a corner room on the top floor, with nice views and full of light. Excellent bed, very comfortable. Staff were so kind and helpful, went out of their way to assist us. Right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommended. The diner attached to the hotel is excellent, good food, great staff and reasonably priced

Although this property is in downtown Billings, it was very easy to find. The check-in was straightforward and the parking was fine. I guess the parking lots might be considered a little tight, but by UK standards, they were fine and some pretty large vehicles seemed to have no problem. Be aware, though, there is a height restriction.
The room was large, clean and well appointed. We very much appreciated the outdoor swimming pool after a long hot drive.
Breakfast is not served in the hotel but by a voucher system in the bakery opposite. It could not be bettered.
Overall this is a highly recommended place to stay with a range of eating options within easy walking distance.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. This is really what we appreciated most, always there to help, and very kind.
The hotel was clean, the rooms where nice, the beds were comfortable.
The room was rather quiet, we didn't have too much room from the steeet.
The free shuttle service was a huge plus, and the ride from the hotel is less than 10 minutes.
The breakfast was great too! Lots of different things to eat, we loved the waffle machine.
We had dinner at Applebeas which was a 3 min walk.
All was perfect, many thanks!!

Traveling with my family of 5, my husband, three kids (ages 10, 9 and 6) and myself. Booked the double bed suite and the room was quite nice and clean. The couch was wide enough for someone to sleep in it and there was a trundle bed as well.

Billings has a lot to offer in the way of shopping and eating in restaurants. The city has gone downhill a lot in recent years. There is quite a lot of crime and it seems like a lot of people don't take care of their properties. We were visiting family for Christmas so we didn't eat out much.

Billings is a lovely small city.
Billings is a lovely small city. It has many amazing restaurants, shopping, and an overall genuinely navigation easy layout. There are always events going on and the appearance of the city stays overall clean and well kept. If you can't find something to do when you are there then it's just a lack of communication in the area, as it's filled with events at several locations. The need to add some additional parks would be the only suggestion that would help to provide additional interest in the area. It is a combination of Mountain, and Western charm with a metropolitan vibe.
