From the date we arrived we have contact the front desk about TV on the bedroom not working. We left the facility still awaiting. Booking. com we paid with breakfast included and for our surprise it has a maximum amount per front desk on the 2nd day -- at checking this was not explain but I show then that in booking.com does not said that we have a maximum amount. This issue was a down side since Booking.com is clear and have all the policies and rules. The facility did not want to call booking sales rep and we have to do all the claim

I liked the structure of the common areas, except for the children's pool, which is dirty, has a view of the wall, and has a sad, abandoned atmosphere. In general, the service is poor and they are not friendly with children.

Napa is absolutely beautiful no matter where you drive.
Napa is absolutely beautiful no matter where you drive. The weather was warm but still very comfortable. Downtown Napa is a great spot to eat, walk around, and shop, with a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we met was friendly, and the wineries are fantastic! Getting around is easy, but if you're planning to visit multiple wineries, I highly recommend hiring a wine driver; it’s super convenient and a great way to learn more about the area and its wine culture.

The $200 deposit the hotel asks for upon registration should be stated in the booking information. Many California hotels are asking for $100-200 deposit that is refunded within 24 hours to 7 business days if there are no damages to the room. Please try to communicate that upon booking the hotel because that amount of money could be a burden to some people these days.

Vallejo is great... when... yeah.
Vallejo is great... when... yeah. So, Vallejo has it's beautiful spots that are secluded and rare. But, the outside factor is a wild card and one must be vigilant and cautious, especially if not from here. If you are from here, nobody cares either way. There's no good food here, only nice views if you have a car to get there because do not rely on the bus system. It will not support a single parent household at all, you will not survive and will be dependent on whatever is available and their requirements. They try and promote art or culture here, but all you will get is a bunch of modernized hill-billy cross-breeded with the hyphy-type culture with an unknown result that doesn't matter to be documented.

Sonoma is a sweet spot in wine country.
Sonoma is a sweet spot in wine country. Not as crowded as Napa and with a charming city plaza downtown. Great restaurants and some nice shops. Our favorites places to eat are Della Santina's and the Swiss Hotel. Great thrift store finds at the Church Mouse on the plaza.
Another favorite is Buena Vista Winery. It is the oldest continuously operating winery in the state and the staff is excellent. It is a beautiful property with so much history, and many great photo op spots. The tour is worth taking too.
Getting around is easy if you have a car. The is usually ample free parking behind the north side of the plaza behind the Cheese factory/Swiss Hotel).
For the more adventurous plenty of beautiful outdoor hikes or horseback ride through the vineyard.

Pleasant, but room was described over phone as having a bedroom at each end and a living area in the middle, it turned out to be one room with two queen beds and a couch at the end. We enjoyed the little park across the street. Great for walking the dog! Staff was friendly and the young woman at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty! We will be back when we travel with our pets. Thank you.

I grew up in Napa and it's very interesting to see the local enhancements such as new restaurants, businesses and entertainment venues. I usually spend my time in the old part of town walking and viewing the historical Victorian homes that have been restored to their previous glory.

We drove seven hours and even added and paid for an extra night to my stay. Upon arrival, I requested a room with two beds instead of one since my fiancé was no longer joining me. Despite it being 2 a.m., the front desk attendant was unaccommodating and dismissive. I also found spiders on the bed sheets and ended up sleeping on the floor, waking up with itchy skin. No alternative options, such as a rollaway bed, were offered. I paid for the second night but did not stay due to how uncomfortable the experience was. Overall, the service was rude and unhelpful. I will not be staying here again.

Enjoyed the Sonoma plaza with the shopping, restaurants, wine & spirits tasting. We enjoyed a great mango and avocado salad with chicken at the Swiss Hotel's patio. Great spirits tasting at Prohibition Spirits on a comfy couch and good information about the liquor from staff. Wine tasting at Capo Isetta on the plaza was pretty good with a very good host. Spent our last day soaking up the sun and mineral baths at the Fairmont Mission Inn and Spa, though we spent our two nights at the much more affordable and beautiful El Pueblo Inn.

Winter is a great time to go to Napa as the fields and mountains are turning green and there are not as many people as in the Summer and Fall. There are so many wineries to try!
We recommend Lewis and Davis. Great wines and wonderful tastings.
