Qwishana from the front office was amazing. Called in the am for a late checkout, completely blanked on it being so late, and she recovered amazingly. She told me about the breakfast, had a short conversation, and improved my entire day.
Updated place with quiet views and cozy rooms. Would recommend.

They need to make better selections for breakfast. But for the must part . I was surprised when I opened the room door to see that the room was really nice. Everything in the room was clean,the beds were big and soft , bathroom was nice . The price was rite. I will visit again. Keep up the good work Owner.

- fix the broken pieces in the elevator
- change the carpet in the corridor: it is dirty and it stinks
- fix the phone in the room: unable to call at least the front desk
- fix the toilet: it flooded each time I had to flush
- let your staff know that the customers concerns are to taken care of ASAP

I am going to write google reviews as well because this has been my worst stay by far! First we get a room that smelled so bad as if the previous host were smoking. Then we switch rooms and I get a room with out a pull out bed, I had to sleep in the floor. I paid $380 to sleep in a dirty floor? The room also smelled terribly. Next morning No hot shower! Then we go to the pool and now they inform us that the pool is closed for maintenance. They re open the pool at our check out time. I want my money back!

The hotel really didn’t have “it” together. Yes there were appliances but no pots and pans, utensils, glasses. The toilet paper was thinner than tissue paper. The furniture was well used and uncomfortable. The floor was sandy. There was no coffee maker in the room. When we asked for one we got it but they had no coffee or cups to go with it. Yes they had coffee at breakfast but it really was more like water. The breakfast was only packaged food except for fruit. This property also has permanent residents living there.

The Thursday night prime ribs at the High Point restaurant were good. The subs at Vic's Sub Shop were outstanding. Galloway has some interesting attractions if you are interested in the casinos in Atlantic City, the shops in Smithville, plus nearby attractions for families.

Walking around the Village of Smithville and browsing in all the shops was very nice and relaxing. There are 3 State parks close by with walking trails or to go bird watching. We had a wonderful dinner at the Smithville Inn the food was great the prices reasonable the atmosphere was great.
Had breakfast at the Village Bakery the food was great and reasonable. Many baked goods to eat or bring home. There is really nothing that I would avoid the next time I visit.

During our trip we enjoyed the dining experience inside and out. Wait staff was very accommodating especially Megan and Kristy. The views around the property was nice.
The only issue we had was our request fir bed sheets and towels. We were given table cloth instead. Once I asked about the mix up we were promptly given new sheets. For the amount of money we were charged under no circumstances should this ever happen. From there, the trip left a sour taste in our mouths. They definitely need to correct that house keeping gaffe.

Would have appreciated information regarding the local area, there was none. My favorite spot was lunch at the local Jasmine Restaurant. The service and food were excellent; the staff was outstanding.
The location was good for our two day conference at Seaview Resort.
We ate breakfast at the local Denny's as we were leaving town.
We found ourselves Sunday morning's departure involved a dead car battery. Very pleased to find Auto Zone (?) shop open about a half a block away. Staff was very courteous, thoughtful, and most helpful. Their staff, especially Chuck Gallagher, were excellent.

I wish I had names of the staff who helped chk in and out. Very nice. Beds so comfortable. Everything near by. Just ask Google. Lol. Oh and if you forgot your comb, toothbrush, shower cap or razor. The front desk have it. Complimentary
