We loved staying in this stylish, modern hotel. Our room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. We particularly appreciated the round writing desk with adjustable height and plug points in the middle which meant both of us could use our laptops easily. It had good TV entertainment options too. There were nice touches like free hot chocolate and apple cider drinks available in the lobby. We had an early flight and the hotel runs a great, efficient shuttle system on demand. You just go to the front desk 15 minutes before you'd like to be at the airport and you're there in just a few minutes. Highly recommended and will definitely use again when in Albuquerque.

Property was close to airport and shuttle was fast and efficient. All staff encountered were friendly and efficient. Room was large and clean with a very comfortable king bed. It was quiet throughout the night. Had a great sleep and a tasty omelette before check out and a shuttle back to airport. Would definitely stay again.

A "must do" during your stay in Albuquerque is to check out Sandia Tramway!!! Spectacular views some 10,000 feet up. Casual or Fine Dining available at top of mountain. If you get a chance take the ride of a lifetime!!

Loved the stay here, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with really comfortable beds and pillows. Cooked our own dinner and anything that we needed was provided immediately by the friendly staff. Free hot breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices to please anyone staying here. We were concerned about our decision to stay near the airport as it was more affordable, but it is so soundproofed that we never heard a plane.

The very good hotel is in the close vicinity of the airport with a shuttle to the airport and car rental. Everything was good during our one-night stay. The kitchen stuff is satisfactory. The bed is fine. The bathroom is OK.

Location and Transport
Albuquerque International Sunport Airport is situated just over 3 miles (5 kilometres) from downtown Albuquerque. The Rail Runner train is the easiest way to reach the city, with transfers taking just 15 minutes. The Route 250 shuttle bus runs on weekdays only, while the Route 50 runs on weekdays and Saturday also. A journey into Downtown takes around 40 minutes.

A visit to the ABQ Art Gallery is a must.
A visit to the ABQ Art Gallery is a must. It is $4.00 for seniors for entry and the exhibitions are unforgettable. The tram ride to the Sandia Crest is lovely and inexpensive compared to the hot air balloon journey. The bio park is well worth a visit and again very inexpensive. Unfortunately, renting a bike is pricey! The weather in the first 2 weeks of November was sunny and crisp everyday.

After staying for a while, I noticed a strong odor of cleaning detergent in the room, which gave us headaches. Later, I spotted a small cockroach inside. When we returned from dinner at a nearby Thai restaurant, we were shocked to find not just one, but several cockroaches roaming around the room in search of food.
It became clear that the strong detergent smell was likely an attempt to mask or control the pest issue. Honestly, management should consider using mothballs or a more effective pest control method instead.
We didn’t sleep well that night—I was terrified that a cockroach might crawl into my bed or even into my ear. I ended up wearing headphones while sleeping just to feel a bit safer.
The next morning, I woke up at 8 AM to check out and stopped by the breakfast area. I noticed the staff having a difficult interaction with a guest, and I genuinely felt bad for them. It must be tough dealing with such situations daily.
We left a tip in the room and checked out. I’m not sure if I’ll be booking a room there again anytime soon.

I travel through Albuquerque in 1972. This was a road trip to Taos and Santa Fe. So glad I got to truly see more this time, however, I need more time to enjoy the sights, food and good folks of your city. Truly the Land of Enchantment.

Hotel is located close to ABQ Airport, free shuttle offered. Room was big, well kept and clean. Staff was helpful and easy-going. Free parking and luggage storage. Breafast was tasty, fresh and quite varied (comparing with typical American breafast).
Super cute refurbished hotel from maybe the 50s? Repainted and redone, beautiful and a great room with comfy bed! For this price in ABQ compared to other hotels, its amazing and I highly recommend! Also there is the most delicious taco truck (actually a bus) super close with the best Mexican food and open late.

We cannot state enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zazz. Not only is the design thoughtful and inspiring, the rooms are super clean and and well laid out - it‘s the hosts that make this place so special. Attentive, friendly and helpful the made our two days a most memorable experience!
We also found Nob Hill to be the most fun area in ABQ during our stay. Nice restaurants (check out the next door Farmacy!!!) and bars nearby are all in walking distance!
