Dennis our host is an excellent cook - his fresh grilled fish is superb - and we enjoyed his stories and lots of good conversation. Dennis and Suleiman will organise anything for you - diving, tours, pick ups, hospital visits! A very easy and enjoyable place to spend a few days.

I have now been to Misali sunset beach hotel and pemba paradise, for me the eco lodge was the best experience. So authentic!!! The location is perfect for a exploring getaway! Friendly staff. Not crowded at all, at one of our nights we were the only guests at the resort. The beaches are so prestine and beautiful! Snorkeling and turtle aquarium I recommend! Food is excellent, super fresh tuna! The best I have ever tasted!!

The rooms and facilities were much nicer than shown on the pictures. There are beautiful flowers and trees around the bungalows with birds and Bush babies at night and the beach front bar has a fantastic sunset view. The food was excellent and staff were very nice and attentive. There is a well equipped dive shop on site where we organised our diving and snorkelling trips from. We had 6 fantastic days and wished we could have stayed longer.
