I had a fantastic experience staying here. The location is absolutely perfect, just a very short walk to Karadeniz Technical University, which was exactly what I needed since I planned to commute by foot every day. There are countless food options around the area, and Asian travelers don’t need to worry because there are plenty of rice-based restaurants nearby. Kevser Restaurant, in particular, is superb & highly recommended for anyone craving delicious rice dishes. Convenience stores are everywhere, making it easy to grab daily essentials. There’s also a car rental shop within walking distance, and the airport is not far away either. The unit itself is extremely well-equipped. There’s a washer machine, which made it very convenient to do laundry daily, and the host was kind enough to lend me a clothes-drying rack. The room’s facilities were superb, very clean, and included a kitchenette with cooking equipment. The staff were very friendly, and I was even allowed to check in early with no issues; something I truly appreciated after a long flight. It made the entire stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The view from the unit was superb, beautiful sight of the Black Sea, and the surrounding area was calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and highly satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the university.
