Even though I booked this hotel, I actually stayed at YOTEL AIR which is in international departures section. I was extremely tired and would have paid any money to sleep lol and arrived by mistake to YOTEL AIR. There were no rooms available at the time and wonderful member of staff Cemre massively helped me out by transferring my booking from one hotel to the other without extra pay. Cemre is honestly brilliant, I was very grateful to her. I also asked the staff to give me a call in the morning to wake me up which they kindly did. My cabin was very spacious and clean, the facilities are great and very modern. I would recommend!!!

Attentive polite staff, I had a problem at the airport. My suitcase broke. I was very happy that I was able to buy a new suitcase at the hotel. A comfortable small room. And a comfortable bed allowed me to get a good night's sleep before the next flight. At the reception desk, manager Guzel showed a great care and attention. I appreciate it.

Very close to the airport, friendly and welcoming host, nice clean facilities. I arrived at 1am, the host was waiting for me. Home made breakfast in the morning. I can recommend it for sure.

I have an overnight layover in Istanbul all the time and tried many hotel around the airport, I think I found the favorite one. Very clean, well-maintained, rooms are spacious and new. Breakfast is very good. Staff is the best part, especially kind Merve from reception. Thank you so much, I will come back many many times :)
