I’d like to give special thanks to Mr. Azad at the reception — he was especially kind and made everything smooth and easy for us. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was absolutely ideal—just a few steps from the final stop of the airport shuttle bus, which made arrival super easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed, including good bathroom amenities. The staff were very kind and helpful, and their English was good enough to communicate everything important without any problems. The breakfast was amazing—so many different options that I ended up eating way too much! The hotel restaurant also serves great local dishes for lunch and dinner. I especially loved a local drink called “Açik ayran”—so refreshing and delicious. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming—it really felt like home. There were shops and supermarkets just around the corner, which made it easy to grab drinks or snacks. For sightseeing, the location was super convenient too: there’s a stop for the local trolleybus line 63 nearby, so it was easy to get around the city.

Gran Babil is situated in the historic center of Sanliurfa, close to the main attractions of the city (Balikligöl, Mevlid - i Halil Mosque, Castle, Kizilkoyun Necropolis, Mosaic Museum, etc.) My room was clean and nicely decorated, equipped with everything necessary for my stay. The bed s are comfortable and I slept there better than at home as all was quiet around.The wifi worked well. The tasty breakfast is served in the upper floor of the hotel, the meals are already prepared on the plates.Further you can make tea or coffee for you any time. There is also a sitting area in the yard down. If you want to use public transport from the main bus station, you can arrive there in just few minutes from the bus stop. The owner and all the staff are very kind and friendly, always ready to help you with anything you need.Thank you for everything! I chose the hotel for the second time and I am sure I will return again when I am back in Mezopotamia :)
