It is the first time I have stayed at this brand new hotel, but I will be sure to always stay here anytime I might again be in Erzurum. The staff was very professional and kind and helpful, and my room was just so well planned and convenient. The bed is to die for! And the breakfast was excellent! It is also convenient that you don't have to drive into the crowded center of Erzurum. I highly recommend Otel Noém!

It did not disappoint! We enjoyed a very comfortable stay during the 7 nights at Saka Life. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Staff is all very friendly and welcoming. Even with the language barrier, we were able to understand how kind these people are. Communicating via the translator app was always pleasant, and customer service was excellent. They were all so helpful. Even washing our laundry for a reasonable fee. A special mention for the woman who prepares breakfast each morning, we enjoyed all of our meals. The included breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Internet, room heating, and hot water all worked well. Location has many shops and restaurants in walking distance and the ski hill is only a short drive away. Also, the historical sites of Erzurum such as the castle and Çifte Minareli Medrese were very interesting. We recommend this hotel and would happily return ourselves.
