We had a great stay despite booking on very short notice.
We had a great stay despite booking on very short notice. Mr. Zouari was extremely proactive and even offered to pick us up from the airport.
When we arrived, he was already waiting with welcome drinks and sweets, which was a very nice touch. After a short, pleasant conversation, he kindly let us rest, knowing we were continuing our journey early the next morning.
The next day, he surprised us with an amazing breakfast — truly outstanding hospitality. This stay perfectly reflects the warmth and generosity of Tunisian guest hospitality.
Excellent experience overall. I would definitely book again. Thank you, Mr. Zouari.

I think three days were just right for the stay.
I think three days were just right for the stay. One day around Sidi Bou Said area, one day in the Tunis medina and one day in Bardo museum and archeological sites. I missed Bardo museum because it is closed on the Mondays. Taxi drivers try to rip off tourists as normal. Negotiate 50% or less of the asking price.

Nice area. A lot of the shops and stuff are relatively spread out. Really nice people who genuinely help you. Taxis are a bit of a pain from the airport, as they were a little expensive to what I would have thought. However you have to bargain with them a bit.

I was met at the airport quite late at night with the plane being more than 2 hours late.
The host couldn’t do enough for me, big breakfast, all my laundry and ras me back to the airport.
I would certainly recommend him.

Avenue Habib Bourguiba is an interesting stroll down the pedestrian centre to the clock tower.
Bardo Museum is well worth visiting. As are Carthage and Sidi Bou Said outside of Tunis.
