The house is very spacious, with beautiful decoration and views, perfect for a retreat sort of vacation for a big family or even a group of families and friends. Its location is very private and quiet, away from the center and touristy places, but not completely remote so only 5 kilometres away from the closest center.

The accommodation is amazing and the outside space is such a nice place to rest. The laundry option is available, which is super helpful and there are bicycles to rent, which is great compensation for the off center location. Janette was so kind and welcoming!
I definitely recommend this place for a stay.

The apartment has everything you need but the best is the host. He is very kind, invited me for a chat while drinking tea and eating sweets. He even drove me to the louage station. It is about 20 minutes walk to the center of Houmt Souk.

Location was spot on. Right in the center. Everything was 1-2 minutes walk away.
The owner yassin was above all. He was so kind and helpful. He organised airport pick up for us and also have useful tips for local area. I am really thankful to him. He can communicate in Arabic, French and English quite comfortably and that was another plus

A modern small place, clean and has high speed wifi and heater. It was clean and had all needed items included. We checked TV and stove malfunctioning and the owner fixed them immediately. The owner was cooperative and very responsive to our questions. There are several apartments nearby and some are on second floor that might be worth exploring depending on one’s needs for natural light ..etc. we were on a medical visit and so the place is perfectly situated near the local medical complex

Djerba was a real dissapointment for us: everything dirty (resorts ar perhaps better), we wet to restaurant with name: Restaurant Savana. It was real disaster: very expensive, so unfriendly person who brought us food, everything was burnt, he didn´t bring us new plates (only small ones were there), at the end he charged us also for service... We strongly recomend to avoid that restaurant.

We stayed for a week. Sidi Mehrez is the beach we were at. Clean water, white sandy beach. It is slightly spoilt by people trying to get you ride a camel or have a horse ride. Tunisian food is great everywhere. We tried Essofra in Houmet El Souk. ChouChou in Midoun. Also had street food in a stall around Mosque Sidi Ibrahim. Le Foundok was great for an afternoon tea and a calm surrounding. Pavillion is good if you are after a Shisha. Easy to get a taxi everywhere
