Facing the seafront in Dili, Arbiru Beach Resort is an aparthotel, featuring a year-round outdoor pool and parking on-site. Friendly welcome by receptionist who spoke reasonably good English. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. The free Wifi service worked very well. The free breakfast was excellent. Good location close to beach. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting East Timor.
