Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, Casas Salomão is located in Santo António, 18 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. I can only say good things about this place. First of all the family is really nice and via whatsapp always reachable. Secondly they organise whatever you need (ride, car, boatrip etc). I didnt to a boatrip so cannot tell much, but organised a car within a few minutes. Of course it is basic but still clean, hot water and the best Wifi I had so far. It is in the middle of nowhere, you either need transport or quite a bit of walking towards Santo Antonio or the beaches. I did it, Beaches are about 2-3h round trip. Santo Antonio about 2h round trip but quite steep. Dinner I eat twice and both times plenty and good and it is afordable. The son even speaks perfect english, which is super rare in STP. The cherry on top airport transfer is free

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Quinta Santa Rita - Príncipe is set in Cascalheira, 2.2 km from Praia BomBom and 20 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. Located near the airport, you do need a car to get around, however the hotel does arrange transport. THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay

Located in Santo António and within 15 km of Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Guesthouse Cacau e Café features a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Guests can have a drink at the snack... Central, clean, and easy to find. The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. As a suggestion for breakfast, it would be great to have a small written menu to choose from. Also, offering some local coffee and cacao would add a lovely touch to the experience.

This is the best reasonable option in Santo Antonio. Beautiful location at riverfront of Rio Papagaio. Close to everywhere in the town. Super terrace where you eat breakfast and other meals and enjoy life and beautiful nature around. Rooms are on the same floor as restaurant (terrace), there is hot water available. Downstairs in the same building there is a small shop where you can buy some water, cookies and small staff. Breakfast: good omelette, fruits, bread, juice... Lunch: some samusa, meat rolls, omelette, and also cakes Dinner: Restaurant prepares also dinners, but you have to make your order in the morning (they have to buy enough food). Optionally you can walk to other restaurants around (within 10 minutes - very safe night walk). We enjoyed super tasty passion fruit muss. Definitely recommend to stay here. Staff can arrange guide for you - cascatas, praias, rocas, etc...

Boasting river views, Roça Maria Helena-Príncipe offers accommodation with patio, around 15 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. The property is beautiful and the rooms are very nice as well. The breakfast is amazing and stuff is super friendly!!!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 13 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site... best location with beautiful view.. calm and close to nature yet not far from the city life! very clean room, clean bathroom with all the utilities and good assorted kitchen with big fridge (perfect to fit all the goodies owners treat you with such as fresh papaya and bananas) ! last but not least - the best thing is you are taken care of at the highest level possible with all your questions and problems being solved in second with the smile :) it was a PLEASURE..

Situated in Santo António, 15 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Residencial Brigada features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Sónia was very friendly and more than helpful, particularly when my mom got sick. The food and company were also great. I would highly recommend this place.

Set in Santo António in the Principe Island region, Valdivia Homes -Príncipe features a garden. Beautiful. Perfect location just outside of the city, surrounded by lush jungle and a glorious view overlooking the water. A refreshing alternative to the over priced “Luxury” hotels on the island. The cottage was lovely, cozy and clean. Everything we needed to prepare meals and relax in comfort. Rita was always available by WhatsApp to address any concerns. Highly recommend.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Roça Sundy - Principe Collection is a country house situated in a historic building in Santo António, 23 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. The property is beautiful, breakfast and dinner are excellent, and the excursions are great. Wear long pants and sleeves and lots of insect repellant for any forest walks.

Located in São João, within 13 km of Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Valdivia Homes 2 - Principe offers accommodation with air conditioning. Very well thought out wooden cabin just out of the main road in Príncipe. Decoration and attention to detail. The place is equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Really enjoyed the stay!
