I would like to praise all the hotel staff, the young lady Weeni from the reception, lovely Posha from spa, the manager Shaban as well as the other managers who really tried to make everything work in the best order. Great location. Pool was great especially after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet and the 2 dinners I had were good. lots of options for breakfast.

I would not go to Juba as a tourist.
I would not go to Juba as a tourist. But if you are going for work the Acacia is definitely THE place to stay from both a comfort and a security perspective. The hotel offers transport into town for any meetings you may need to attend.

The Hotels offers everything you can imagine. Best Food, clean rooms, good internet, very warm welcome with free airport transfer! The Manager took care about my plan to discover Juba and informed me about the important rules for foreigners. There's surveillance cameras in the hallways, you can get your change in both dollars/SSP, There's restaurant inside the hotel.
It's surely safe and good stay for being in Juba.
The whole staff is super friendly except the lady at the main reception.
The bathroom was clean with clean running water, the shower is a smart electrical device and the room contains mosquito net.

Great place in Juba. Staff is extremely helpful, joyful and they are just nice people. They hosted us in a best possible way. The restaurant is really tasty. Rooms are basically equipped but with hot water and balcony. I wish every hotel has such a good approach to its guests.
