Stunning location in Levelwood with close views of Diana's Peak. A bit cooler temperature wise and thus more refreshing than Jamestown. Comfortable with everything you need. House is big enough to sleep 4-5 people. Big kitchen and bathroom with new appliances and TV. Wifi was blazing fast for such a remote island.

An extraordinary place. We were sailing through St Helena and wanted to get off the boat and explore this remote beautiful island. During a 2 month voyage, this stay was the highlight. The hosts (Derrick and Linda) are possibly the most welcoming and friendly people I’ve met as I travel around the world. They are native saints, completely knowledgeable about everything on the island, and willing to help in any way. Breakfast lunch and dinner were over the top fantastic…I may consider returning to this remote place for a family vacation…there’s no other place to stay on the island nearly as nice and welcoming.

Facing the beachfront, Mantis St Helena offers 4-star accommodation in Jamestown and features a terrace, restaurant and bar. Very clean and beautiful, small hotel in the heart of Jamestown (Well, it's not so big town, but anyway) Nice room and especially shower is special good. Hotels's restaurant is best in town and sometimes it was also only open as well (on July at Sunday) Special thing, I have travelled quite a lot, but I have NEVER met so warm, caring, helpfull and nice staff than in Mantis! Absolutely great!

Banana Tree Lodge is set in Jamestown. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property offers a shuttle service and features a garden and outdoor fireplace. The lodge was spacious and very clean. The location was outside of the main town, so we needed a car to get around, but it was very peaceful and quiet. A great place to rest and relax after a day of sightseeing. Debbie and Rich were fabulous hosts and took care of all our needs while we were on the island.
