The little house was so cozy and cute and had everything we needed. It is located in Anders' big and beautiful garden and is only 2 minutes walking away from the lakeside. It was extremely quiet and we felt like in our own little world. The house had a tiny, but fully equipped kitchen, so we could prepare our own food.
Handing over of the keys was smooth and easy too, we just provided our arrival time. Anders was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is situated opposite Samarkand Shopping Centre, 3 km from central Växjö and 7 minutes' drive from Smaland Airport. It offers free WiFi, private parking and swimming pool access.

Public parking is next to the hotel; after 6 pm it is free until 9 am. Though the hotel appears old on the outside, it has very nice interior and rooms. The rooms had good lighting and Wi-fi

If you are nature lover, love to hike, would like to make a tour on a bike in the woods, or go fishing with the boat provided by the host, or simply want to make a romantic escape, or go hang with friends make a barbeque in the yard, then Aryd it is a great place to go; You always have the option to visit Vaxjo a really nice town close by, with great food offerings and restaurants, have an adventure on the zipline, or simply enjoy a walks in the woods of Aryd!

I was in Vaxjo to research my family ancestors. I used the Emmigrant House resources. I was sorry the the Smaland museum was temporarily closed for renovations. It think it would be a great place to visit.

Nice place to stay after visiting Kalmar Castle & fort. Only saw Telesborg Slott propery where we stayed, but would have liked to explore Vaxjo more, especially the Swedish Glass Museum and nearby glass factories and galleries.
