The hotel staff were amazing, tried to do everything possible to make our stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable. They even moved us room due to an electrical fault and moved us back after it was resolved (at our request). Breakfast was really good and the mushrooms were extremely tasty.

Everything was really great at this stay! Special mention to Erika, who has done above and beyond for me. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and cozy and the breakfast is amazing. I recomend.

Location is perfect , ambience is excellent ,
Breakfast included was epic. We were there for the night as we had to take a flight .
The man at the reception was kindly and lovely. seeing that we had come with little baby he gave us the nice room which can accommodate all 3 of us on comfy bed .

Clean and comfortable place.
Clean and comfortable place. Visited "Old town" now for first time and it was nice. Cafeterias were not open, but nice old houses and beautiful church really worth visiting.
In Luleå shops are closing very early on Saturday and are closed on Sunday, it would be nice to do shopping longer. On Saturdays difficult to get table reservations to some restaurants, you might wan't to plan your dinner in advance and do booking before trip.

It was cold around Christmas time, it’s a small city with everything you need but nothing more than that.
I waited for the Aurora borealis but barely saw them these depends on the weather conditions I did expected the -25 and am happy that it didn’t got any colder than that

we found NO cocktails in this god forsaken place, what people do for fun, remains a mystery (alcohol store was good tho, so probably they drink at home)
