Wonderful little hotel with a 3 minute walk from the terminal. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient. The staff were exceptional, polite and helpful. We received a late checkout for both of our rooms at 2pm. This was appreciated. They also have a hotel shuttle to be used on demand. We had dinner at the restaurant, the menu is extensive and the prices were fair (cheaper than expected for an airport hotel). Multiple universal chargers available in the room.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

I recently visit to Madinah in December and my stay was short just for 2 nights in this hotel, the only attraction is that the hotel is in front of Masjid Nawabi and offers breakfast. Other than that, it’s expensive. The rooms are very small, the bathroom feels claustrophobic and dark. The hotel is overrated with no real luxuries..

The furniture was plentiful, offering ample storage space for your belongings, and was of excellent quality. The room also included a desk, providing additional convenience. Overall, it offered great value for money.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8
They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

What a wonderful experience!
What a wonderful experience! I stayed one night since my flight was very early in the next morning. I chose it because it was close to the Airport. Excellent hospitality and a very clean and cozy room. The customer service is exceptional, with a kind and thoughtful owner. Thank you! Definitely recommend it!

Location: The site owner mentioned it as a "hotel" in Booking.com but actually it is a domestic building modified in a guest house appartment. No billboard, no reception even no waiting room/lounge. Ditry and bad smelling place.
Facilities: Room has been under maintenance btoken windows & air conditioners, teared sofas, lot's of open holes & wires in the building and room made the situation more scary.

Unavailability of basics: Towel & soap was unavailable in the washroom. One worker in the building told us that they don't provide it rather we have to arrange it from our side. No drinking water, prayer mat, qibla direction or Quran was provided even requested.
Distance from Haram: In booking.com distance from Haram Madina Mosque is mentioned 600 meters but actually it is 2km far from Masjid Nabvi.
Advance payment: After booking online a person called me and asked to pay for the room in advance for "confirmation" of the booking. I have to pay it even in the app it was mentioned payment at premises.
Suffered outside: When we reached at the location we were unable to find the "Hotel", when we approached the building a worker asked us to wait outside for 3 hours because no room is free even we had a booking with advance payment. We enquired about the waiting area/lobby where we can sit and wait he told us there is no waiting area so wait outside the building. I was with my family and children,we suffered lot of time outside on the street.
Experience & recommendation: Worst hoteling experience ever, will never visit this site again and don't recommend it to other tourists even to Booking.com to keep it in their app as a location.

Medina is a great place for people who wish to come and visit the last resting place of the Prophet (PBUH). The area around the mosque is designed to allow worshippers to move freely between the places of worship and the residential places and shops. If there was anything I would add, I would offer more convenient eating places for the public, more seating and a wider more orgainsed food court.

Transporation from hotel till haram was complementory but driver was not coopertuve and not obeying the schedule
Location was isolated and no access to food outlets and you could not find any variety of food there or in surroundings
