Amazing location - very conveniently located close to airport and rail station. Be mindful Google maps does not reflect the location exactly so if taking a taxi - keep going straight for 200-300 metres from the location google maps takes you to.
Great staff, kind hearted team and very accommodating.

Excellent stay at Mr. Aseel's Mayar Hotel! His warm hospitality, clean accommodations, and proximity to shops, restaurants made my trip seamless. Renting a car was convenient, with parking available. Haram was merely a 15-minute drive away. Ideal choice for visitors.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for five days, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent — very friendly and professional. The staff were always kind and helpful, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The location is also perfect, just about a 10-minute walk to the mosque, which was very convenient for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

The residence was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and featured a cozy Arabic sitting area (majlis), adding a traditional touch. The furniture was plentiful, offering ample storage space for your belongings, and was of excellent quality. The room also included a desk, providing additional convenience. Overall, it offered great value for money.

They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

What a wonderful experience!
What a wonderful experience! I stayed one night since my flight was very early in the next morning. I chose it because it was close to the Airport. Excellent hospitality and a very clean and cozy room. The customer service is exceptional, with a kind and thoughtful owner. Thank you! Definitely recommend it!

I love love love medina , the people here are so warm and friendly , down to the taxi drivers and the haram cleaners . The Nusuk app is frustrating , you get a prompt to book and it’s disappointing every time , if the instant won’t work then remove the option , may Allah make it easy , but I enjoyed my stay , the mosque is kept in pristine condition and the gold caddies are very helpful to move around , I really loved the pop up restaurants with such a huge variety of food from around the world and affordable too! Masha Allah

Location: The site owner mentioned it as a "hotel" in Booking.com but actually it is a domestic building modified in a guest house appartment. No billboard, no reception even no waiting room/lounge. Ditry and bad smelling place.
Facilities: Room has been under maintenance btoken windows & air conditioners, teared sofas, lot's of open holes & wires in the building and room made the situation more scary.

Unavailability of basics: Towel & soap was unavailable in the washroom. One worker in the building told us that they don't provide it rather we have to arrange it from our side. No drinking water, prayer mat, qibla direction or Quran was provided even requested.
Distance from Haram: In booking.com distance from Haram Madina Mosque is mentioned 600 meters but actually it is 2km far from Masjid Nabvi.
Advance payment: After booking online a person called me and asked to pay for the room in advance for "confirmation" of the booking. I have to pay it even in the app it was mentioned payment at premises.
Suffered outside: When we reached at the location we were unable to find the "Hotel", when we approached the building a worker asked us to wait outside for 3 hours because no room is free even we had a booking with advance payment. We enquired about the waiting area/lobby where we can sit and wait he told us there is no waiting area so wait outside the building. I was with my family and children,we suffered lot of time outside on the street.
Experience & recommendation: Worst hoteling experience ever, will never visit this site again and don't recommend it to other tourists even to Booking.com to keep it in their app as a location.
