a couple of very nice interactions and experiences. I was initially checked into a room with a poor wifi connection. I requested a change of room which the receptionist actioned immediately. I don't have her name but she went above and beyond to look after my comfort.
The second incident was when I required 25 copies of a document for a workshop that i was conducting at the hospital. Mr Abdul got the documents printed in no time thus saving me a lot of trouble as I would've had to roam around the city for a printer.
Both staff members were thoroughly professional and looked after me in a very polite and impeccable manner.

Hail is such beautiful historic place of Saudi Arabia. Must visit once to see the beautiful mountains and forts. We just stayed just 2 days, but at least should a week to explore more places in Hail.

Beautiful city exceeding my expectations as this was my first trip. Roads are wide and clean, landscaping along the roads is good. I can see also beautiful parks and ample choice of restaurants. I met a couple of local guests and their hospitality was amazing although I don't know them very well. Must visit place.
