Staying at Lake & Forest House was just what I needed. It’s got this traditional homey vibe, like you’re in your own little hideaway. Everything was so relaxing – we spent a lot of time just chilling around. The house itself is nice, wooden barns make it fancy and super comfortable, and everything worked fine. The people running it were really friendly, even gave us some tips for local spots to check out. If you want a break from the usual hustle, this place is awesome.

Excellent location for someone in transit, like us but also for leisure purposes. It was close to A3 and the city. The check in was very easy, the room nice and clean, there was coffee and water complementary from the house and it was very quiet. We have spent a very good night here. We have seen a pool in the yard so during summer it's even better, I think.

Set halfway between city of Timisoara and Traian Vuia International Airport, Hotel SPA Ice Resort boasts elegant accommodation with a restaurant and free access to its own spa centre. Everything, there was nothing not to like! The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as we were driving from Bulgaria through Romania and wanted to have a stop around Timisoara. Friends had told us that there is a great aquapark and spa in Timisoara, so we looked it up. We decided not to stay at the Aquapark, instead we found Spa&Ice resort hotel which is at the outskirts of Timisoara, and that is what we needed. We also liked the room, we were upgraded to an apartment, since there was an issue with our room. The apartment was excellent, with all the corresponding amenities for a five-star accommodation, overlooking the swimming pool area! The spa and wellness facilities are great! Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, saunas, Salina, massages, relax area, just everything is great. Food is delicious and can be consumed either at the pool cafe, or in the restaurant inside. Breakfast is delicious, and one should see the hall! So elegantly furnished! The selection for breakfast is ample, with freshly baked bread, three varieties of eggs dishes, sausages, cheeses, fruit and veggies, etc etc, and the cappuccino was perfect, exactly the way I like it :) Staff are very friendly and helpful! Everything is well maintained and clean! We are definitely going back if we have to drive through that part of Romania!
