Jazmin was kind and considerate. She asked what I would like for breakfast and - exceeding any expectation - provided cereal and a large bowl of multiple varieties of fruit and more.
If you have a car there is a remote to enter the property space and park safely.
There is a circular metal staircase to access the second floor from the outside so take care if you have mobility issues.
The bed is comfortable.
The space is large with an ample terrace.
The house is not properly featured on the location map and the gps takes you further up the road (to 6000 Calle Ukrania) if you click on the directions so be sure to check with Jazmin before you arrive.
The area is not on the busy side of the river so it’s a car ride or 25/30 mins walk ( or more) to the main costanera and S. Jose beach (I don’t recommend for bathing as it’s too warm, crowded, and not so clean imo. Instead go to Carmen de Paraná beach around 45 mins from Encarnacion.

It was clean and comfortable. The host Victor was very friendly and accommodating. The smart TV was a nice touch. Very affordable too. They had a fridge and basic cooling facilities

Very safe place. Not many traffic. Along the riverside (costanera), you can walk or run for 5km without interruption of traffic. The water of the beach seems very clean. I cannot imagine how many people gather there during summer time.

On the lake of Rio Parana.
On the lake of Rio Parana. Lovely long parks, bikepaths, along lakefront. Lots of restaurants and finally spiced food. I recommend advance guard GenerationY .quite the malbec try the spiced shrimp cured in lime.
Lots of birding and laggoons. Took train across to Encarnacion.
One note Sierra time is observed and lots closed on Sunday and Monday.

We were surprised to find the Plaza de los Héroes with its...
We were surprised to find the Plaza de los Héroes with its salute to the various ethnic communities, especially the lovely Japanese garden. Another nice surprise was the Railroad Museum near our hotel. As we found in other cities, the local people were personable and helpful.
Across from the main cathedral was a lovely restaurant with wonderful ambiance and offerings

Posadas is not only a huge riverwalk but a vibrant and clean city with extremely helpful inhabitants. The closeness to its neighboring Paraguayan city of Encarnacion gives it a mutual commercial boost that allows the city's developement to continue. I was truly amazed at how modern the city is and its relaxed vibe contrasts with the nightlife.
