Veryyyyy close to airport, I arrived at 1:30 am , after a 22 hour flight, I had an excellent personal pickup for no extra charge & felt very safe. Front desk are so amazing, answered all my questions, and very knowledgeable and informative

I need a location with a ocean view and a reasonable price and it was perfect for me to have a dreamy stay. The staff is quite friendly and kind. I am Japanese but there was no Japanese guest and mostly Europians. The view from the restaurant on the third floor was stunning. We realy enjoyed the breakfast with the ocean view.

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

I loved my stay at Palau Central Hotel. First, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfectly soft and cozy and the bedding felt luxurious! The room was spacious, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. The bathroom was great with a nice rainfall shower and the Toto toilet with heated seat and bidet was pure luxury. I had a balcony that faced the outdoor space with the pool and had a lovely view of the islands and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging rides for us as needed and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was good, I loved getting the made to order eggs every day. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some stores, very central to everything. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palau!

The friendliness of the staff is Exceptional! Special thanks to Joy for always being there to answer any questions and support in planning the activities. The hotel is located in the middle of the city, so lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy after the active day.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is central and within the city centre. The entrance is not appealing and not the ambiance of a hotel. The room was a good size but somewhat dated. The reception arranged a snorkelling trip with Impac Tours to Rock Islands, including Jellyfish Lake, Shark city, Natural Arch and Milkyway which was fantastic. Large shopping centre, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Good gift shop with traditional storyboards at Belau Museum. The West Plaza group has another hotel across the road at Lebuu Street which seems much newer.
