This place was absolutely perfect for my layover. It's just a 15-minute walk from the airport, so super convenient without the need to stay at the airport itself. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, and the house was incredibly cozy and well-kept. Everything was spotless, and the bedsheets smelled like heaven – a small touch that made a big difference. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay between flights. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) Information
Location and Transport
The recently renamed Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (formerly Lisbon Portela Airport) is located 4 miles (7 kilometres) from the city centre. An efficient public transportation system ensures passengers arrive quickly and comfortably. Hop on the Aeroporto-Saldanha Metro to downtown Lisbon, catch a local bus, or travel directly to your destination on the Airport Shuttle. Alternatively, take a taxi, which will go by a meter and should cost around EUR 12.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
Plenty of nearby hotels cater to travellers with planned stopovers in Lisbon and those who are unexpectedly delayed. If you find yourself with some spare time before takeoff, check out the vast retail area, which includes local and international brand shops, or escape to the premium ANA lounge. There’s also free WiFi, banks and currency exchange services.
Terminal Information
Lisbon Airport contains two terminals, although Terminal 2 is much smaller and is mainly used by low-cost carriers. They are linked by a free shuttle service.

Was handy for the airport, only 10 minutes. The host, Wagner , arranged a taxi for me for the following morning. I bought some food and prepared in the kitchen so didn't have time to look around Camarate.

We did not choose to stay in Sacavém to 'see' Sacavém. We rented a car and wanted something close to the airport. We used the car rental to visit other places in Portugal. Although, the host recommended Courela do Fouguete restaurant was awesome albeit little English.

Odivelas for us was just a location to spent a night, so, I can't much tell about this town/city. In area where we stayed for 6 nights (at the metro station) were 2 food stores, 2 bakeries (Espiga Dourada is really great!), fresh fruit/vegetable store, hot food store. Around in distance no more than 1 km from metro station are dozen of different restaurants.
According our observations, calm and safe area.

The apartment is very spacious and only 10 minutes from the airport, which is super convenient. There are two large shopping malls nearby, ideal for shopping and dining. The atmosphere is calm, fresh, and peaceful. The apartment was spotless, and the host was always very communicative, helpful, and attentive making our stay perfect.

A lovely city with so much culture, history, diversity, shopping, tourism, you name it... there's something for everyone. If you're a foodie, there's plenty of amazing eats, Sen Aurea Vietnamese was a favorite of ours! Three perfect days in Lisbon... Day 1: Walk to the bay from our place at Santa Justa 79, eat sardine pate while hanging out at the park. Eating at a very local Portuguese joint, Barracao de Alfama and then getting churros afterwards. Riding a tuk tuk to ward off the rain back to our place. Day 2: Hop on / off Bus to Parque Eduardo VII and hanging out at the park there, walking a mile around the park and getting to the highest point and observation deck. The wonderland Lisboa was going on, so we did rides with the kids and hung out at the excellent playground. Going to the Castelo Sao Jorge is a must... Ate vietnamese food for dinner and walked over to Chiado to check out goods at the ALe-Hop store! Day 3: More hop on and off action on the Belem line to see the Torre Belem, and passing the national art gallery and the big bridge and views of the Jesus Christ Statue. Stopping by the candy store and then getting some amazing food from the Sao Joerge BBQ right next to the parking garage off Rua Aurea.

The staff at Goa Square were friendly, helpful, and always available with recommendations. The rooms themselves were spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location in Amadora is great for exploring Lisbon. There are plenty of sights nearby, and it's easy to get around.
Just a heads-up that there can be some noise from the cuisine at night, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. Overall, though, a great stay!

Camarate is a quiet and green place, sorrounded by olive trees, flowers and bushes. The house is clean and it has many facilities, we could have breakfast home and eat the rest of meal in a quiet atmosphere. Nice place to sleep well, after a long day visiting the city

The Christmas decorations are very beautiful, and I really enjoyed the Christmas spirit that could be felt in all the streets.
See Lisbon's museums (Quake, Coach Museum, Electricity Museum, Oceanarium, Pavilion of Knowledge, Zoo, Belém Gardens), and taste the famous Belém pastries (try the original ones).

Lisbon is a small but very beautiful city.
Lisbon is a small but very beautiful city. The best thing about it is the friendliness of the people everywhere. The only person I can say wasn't very friendly was a policeman at the airport; he seemed more interested in his mobile when I asked a question upon arrival. All locations are cozy... It is very easy to get around by public transport like metro or taxi. Food is good but a little bit expensive.
