The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!!
Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!!
This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior. Please convey my sincere gratitude and respects to the entire management team; but please elevate these accolades to senior managent.

There was everything I needed in the room and also a good hairdryer Remington( the most hotels provide you with inefficient Swiss hairdryers).I use the same one for traveling. The receptionists was very nice and found a way to charge my phone as my charger was in the suitcase which hasn’t arrived.

Gorgeous middle size city with all the services yet a relaxing atmosphere. I could live there. The main paved street makes it like walking on a postcard. Also the main square and accesses are worth exploring. It is a city with a significant amount of parks and green areas. It feels the people living there carry a happy life.

Awesome city for music, culture, and perfect for any size group including single travelers or educational groups. The city has recently created an amazing tour of its underground cellars which is fascinating and worth checking out! This city has it all including good food and excellent museums. Summer outdoor concerts next to the castle and lush green forests make for a trip out of a fairy tale!

Booking.com allows member hotels to exploit customers by using unfair currency exchange rates. This practice cost me about $40 for a weekend stay. I asked Booking.com to make an allowance for this corrupt practice, but it would have cost them money as well.
Don't trust Booking.com to defend the customer for bad-faith practices of the venue.

Thus was my 3rd visit to Rzeszow. The transport system is great and shops/restaurants are easily accessible. Not a buzzy city but nice and peaceful for travelers looking for a quiet holiday. As a nature loving traveler, I enjoyed watching the the river that flows through Rzeszow. Reasonable distance to Jasionka Airport.
