I was a bit worried if they weren't able to accept my booking. I received a reply on WhatsApp confirming my booking and I also booked a airport shuttle from/to the airport. I arrived in Karachi at 3am, meet the driver/manager outside the airport. the hotel was a 5 minute drive from the airport. upon arriving they made sure I had all the necessities and even upgraded me to a double bed suite free of charge. I felt extremely welcomed. the hotel staff made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. check out was smooth. I had reached the airport and noticed I had left my charger and AirPods at the hotel. one phone call and around 15 mins later.
