We Had an amazing experience at Isle of Highland tours Guest House. Comfortable rooms & the staff are so cooperative. we hired a car from them and the driver was very experienced. They took us to all the tourist places from Gilgit to khunjerab. I would recommend people to stay and experience all the facilities they are providing

This is a fantastic new hotel opened in 2023. It has a high quality feel to it and straight away at arrival, I felt comfortable. There is some buzzing from a generator in a room that I was staying in - as I'm sound sensitive, I asked to be moved which was immediately rectified by Hotel Manager Mr Hayee. I spoke with him about some issues I had experienced with a tour guide and he was compassionate and said "You are MY guest now," and made sure I had a comfortable stay from that moment on. The next day, Mr Imran Khan also one of the managers, came to help me with personal matter related to a difficult tour guide. He was kind, courteous, protective and offered the service and respect you would get in a hotel in Europe. It was so evident that he had international experience and even though I was in Gilgit, a mountain town, it felt like I was in a five star hotel in a Western capital. When my flight was cancelled, the transport manager made quick arrangements to get me to Islamabad promptly. Overall, I felt like royalty and cannot thank the staff enough for taking good care of me. Rooms are clean and impeccable. The view from the fourth floor restaurant is wonderful.
