It was very nice and comfy. We were really happy to stay there. I would book again. Thank you for your hospitality. It was very quite and no roosters either.

Very nice, clean and well decorated studio. Good location it's like 10 minutes away from everything (by motorbike).

We had a wonderful stay at Time To Sleep - Casa Ala Una. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still very close to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the area. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and my family truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the neighborhood felt safe and serene.
The host was friendly and helpful, and the property offered great value for money. Although the shower in the master bedroom's bathroom was not functioning during our stay, everything else exceeded our expectations.
In short, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Transportation was convenient to and from the apartment.
Transportation was convenient to and from the apartment. Very cost effective. I learned of and utilized "tricycles" and "multi cabs". This was easy for me since I was in the company of a lady who spoke the local language. I recommend use of a translator or as I did, a special friend who speaks the language.
I also disagree with booking.coms 3 out of 5 review. That is a low score compared to my experience.

Only stayed overnight as we were traveling from Surigao down...
Only stayed overnight as we were traveling from Surigao down to Pantukan wanted to break up the long drive south ! Butuan was a very busy city and lots of traffic. smog was bad due to the heat and high volume if traffic .We only visited the mall which was like every other mall ! We went to a pizza restaurant looking for alternative and guess what they only had pizza available everything else was off the menu ! But far play the pizza was awesome and very filling ! So 10/10 guys

My hometown, Butuan City is now progressive compared when we left in 1983.It has now big malls like SM and Robinsons; many hotels are also mushrooming and there are a lot of fast food chains and local restaurants offering good food.
