Loved every moment of staying here. The host whom I want to call Mama Rosa was just so nice, kind, and warm-hearted lady. On my arrival, she welcomed me with a warm hug and took a very good care of me. I had her home cooked dinners and breakfast (20 soles each). Her cooking was lovely and filling. I can see why everyone who stayed in this place was so satisfied and happy. I recommend Rosa's House 100% and more.

The place is peaceful, with natural surroundings, hammocks, birds and a viewing platform - just what I was looking for. The food was great, a very comfortable bed and mosquito netting. Alid is very helpful with tours as he owns a local company.

We were warmly welcomed by Tom, who ensures every detail is perfect. The energy of this place is unique. You immediately feel at peace and connected to the essentials. The Yoga Sala is a beautiful space, perfect for meditation and morning yoga practice. The food is excellent—healthy and full of flavor. We originally booked for one night, but the experience was so wonderful that we decided to stay for another. Casa Amazonas is a must-visit. A timeless retreat that rejuvenates and transforms. Highly recommended.

This place is wonderful! It's so tranquil and relaxing but also absolutely teeming with wildlife - you can spot birds and monkeys from the comfort of your bed if you want. There are also good quality cooking facilities or the offer of fresh, home-cooked food, as well as friendly and helpful hosts and cosy, comfortable rooms.

Sheyla and her parents were fantastic hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. Breakfasts changed every morning and always included fresh juice, and lunches and dinners were available at a cost of s/25. The mosquito net in my room kept out all mosquitoes during the night. There was a cold spell, so I was given extra blankets to keep warm at night. Sheyla was excellent at coordinating tours into the jungle, which were reasonably-priced. I enjoyed seeing monkeys and birds on the property, and the family kitten was a nice bonus. The property is off the beaten track so it was nice and quiet all the time.
