First Men Apartment exceeded my expectations. The property is just at the heart of the city and
the location was perfect close to everything I needed during my stay, such as KM hypermarket, restaurants and cafes.
The apartment was new, clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The staff service was very professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Khalid and his colleagues in front desk / reservations team.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfort place to stay in Salalah.
For continue improvement, as the hotel is new, need to open the restaurant as soon as possible to serve the guests.

Upon check-in myself and another guest we ere advised that no rooms were available. We were driven to another Red property, Red 14, instead, where check-in was a shambles. Poorly kept room, rarely cleaned. Unmanned Front Desk for.long periods.

the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect...
the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect if you look for a quite and familiar place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. the surrundings are stunning and the trip is aboslutely worth it.
There are several resorts in the area but they are very decent and not invasive.

Amazing place but better to visit during Khareef season (July - Mid September). But it is very crowded, and all places and hotels are full and prices skyrocketing during the season. But you will see the green lush meadows, Clouds floating on hills, all the waterfalls running and Wadis full of water lakes. Depends on your preference but it will be crowded everywhere so keep in mind. Other option is to go in December/Jan when it is quiet, calm and very peaceful. You can visit all the beaches, spots and wadis without any crowd and mostly just to yourself. But there is no greenery during this time and clouds and waterfalls are gone. Weather is still good but not much green. It depends on your preferences.
