The intake staff was very helpful to us.
I didn’t realize I booked 2 rooms and there were three of us. We wanted to be together in one room.
The staff suggested he will give a family room
so we will all be together. He was also helpful when we forgot our chargers in luggages & he loaned us one.
I can’t recall the name of the staff but he has medium long wavy hair and about 5’5 tall. Kudos to him. He made our check in and stay relaxing.

The location is great - close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We stayed for 7-8 hours only during our long layover in Muscat. City Center hotel was a perfect place to stay for this price. The mall nearby was very helpful as it had supermarket and food court.

We had an amazing time at St Regis Al Mouj for a quick weekend gateway. I would give the staff 100+ star rating for the amazing service they provided from the minute we booked, to the warm welcome and attention throughout the stay. We had some issues with our booking upon check-in and Mr Mark Gregorio was our hero to shift everything around and made our stay unforgettable, even when our flight got cancelled he extended our room check out without us asking, a HERO indeed. Mr Zakariya AlKusaibi, a beacon of joy !! He ensured everything was booked and ready for us and gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants and cafes in the resort and gave us an amazing special tour around the property.
The food in the restaurants was amazing, and how can we forget the amazing time we spent at Zorba Greek restaurant with the most beautiful view, ambiance, delicious food and top noche service by the staff. Many thanks to Mr Hussein and his wonderful team !
Last but not least, Ms Munia Douchy who took care of all our stay arrangements from A-Z we can't thank you enough for all your assistance and support throughout our stay and going out of your way to ensure that we are happy and enjoying our time.
Although it's a soft opening, we've enjoyed most of the facilities at the resort. The fitness center was amazing, the pool can't be missed and the beautiful breeze coming from the ocean while walking on the beach was the cherry on top.
We'll be back once again after the Grand Opening and we can wait to dine in the international famous restaurants that will open and spend a full day at the Spa ! :)

Close to the airport but quite enough to relax. Has many restaurants and markets close by. Found it close to most of my destinations in Muscat. Fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and most household amenities are new and working. Plenty of parking under the building.

This place is super clean, very quiet and the room though simple had everything I needed. I was impressed at the way that Host had thought about so many details including a drying rack, iron and board plenty of electrical and USB outlets and a very decent size bedroom and big bathroom. Also very good airport pick up service-much cheaper than the taxi.

The kindness of the owner, price quality, the luxiourous homestay etc. I can name a lot more positive aspects about this homestay.
We landed in Muscat airport at 05:00 AM. We didn’t wanted to sleep in the airport so I saw this online and booked it. We we’re all tired and we’re praying that the owner would let us in around 06;00 AM.
We called the owner once we’ve had arrived and from that moment, the stay was amazing.
We recommend this stay to everyone!

First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met,
he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport.

Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible.

I am so happy I made the effort to visit Muscat.
I am so happy I made the effort to visit Muscat. As a solo traveler, it was daunting, but once I arrived and started visiting places, I felt right at home. I met people from so many different cultures, learnt a lot about the country's history which I found truly fascinating. Everyone should visit Muscat at some point.

No facilities for fun or family activities
No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive
No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Muscat is a city rich in culture and history, with warm and welcoming people. During our three-day stay, we visited the Grand Mosque, Royal Opera House, Mutrah Corniche & Souq, and Al Alam Palace. We enjoyed tasting authentic Omani cuisine and sweets—especially the traditional Omani halwa with gahwa. Since we didn’t pre-plan the trip, we ended up driving to a few locations on different days, but the city’s excellent roads and much lighter traffic compared to Dubai and Abu Dhabi made getting around easy and pleasant. We also spent our evenings at some beautiful beaches, which our little ones absolutely loved.
Muscat stole our hearts ❤️ Rich culture, friendly people, smooth roads, stunning landmarks, and peaceful beaches. From Omani halwa with gahwa to evenings by the sea—such a perfect family getaway.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
