It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Right from the entrance one gets the feeling of grandeur. The design and also the rooms are quite impressive. We have especially to mention that the personnel was highly professional and very very kind and friendly, especially the restaurant personnel, Sonia especially kind and human. We felt like home actually. The breakfasts and dinners were quite diverse and tasty. We were lucky to celebrate New Year’s Eve and the party with Beirut vibes was extraordinary, the music and the atmosphere with the lights and the vibe were really unique. The location is really good, just 6 min from the airport and with the car in just 20 min from the city center. All in all we highly recommend it to everyone who stays in Muscat.

Close to the airport but quite enough to relax. Has many restaurants and markets close by. Found it close to most of my destinations in Muscat. Fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and most household amenities are new and working. Plenty of parking under the building.

I loved the privacy and comfort of this apartment, I felt much more free than in a hotel. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Al Mouj Marina and 10 minutes from the airport, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. Communication with the host was very easy, and they were super kind and helpful. All was clean and new. I will definitely stay here again for longer time. It is also good for groups, as there are other independent rooms around.

First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met,
he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport.
from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp.
Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible.
Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay.
I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice Muscat is!
I was pleasantly surprised how nice Muscat is! The roads are not extremely busy, it has a diverse scenery (mountain, beach, tourist attractions, etc).
The taxi drivers I hired were all nice and friendly. it's nice to arrive to a country and be met with friendliness and welcoming gestures. I hope to come back again one of these days.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks
No facilities for fun or family activities
No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive
No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

Very impressed with our first visit to Muscat and Oman. Good hotels at good value and great food at great value. We rented a car from NAB rentacar which was delivered to the hotel. Didn't use taxis. Bought a SIM card from Omantel at the airport for use with our portable wi-fi router so we could navigate around ourselves. If you want a spectacular world class, 4x4 low range track up to Jebel Shams get the gps track from Wikiloc - Rustaq to Shams. Not for the fainthearted! Our Mitsubishi Montero Sport on worn factory tyres managed easily.

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Muscat is more authentic than places like Dubai and Qatar, and a lot more laid back. It isn't expensive (its a lot cheaper than Dubai) and there is a lot to do. The main mosque is very impressive and the day trips to the islands for snorkelling are good. The main souq is also very good

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
