The staff were very friendly and accommodating before and after we arrived. Taking into account our flight landed at 6am, it was really appreciated. The room was spacious, nice simple decor, with a really comfortable bed, and very clean. It felt really silent. The hotel has parking and is 1 min walk to the shopping mall so perfect for a quick wander.

Anuse and Salah are the hostel workers here they made me feel so welcome. I had a bad experience coming from the airport but they were there to rescue me. They treated me like family and did everything to make sure I was okay. We had the best laughs and they were good enough to make sure that everybody in the hostel made friends, they accompanied me everywhere I went and made sure went on trips together with the other visitors. As a solo female traveller, travelling also for the first time. I wasn't so confidential however, I felt much safer with them around. These two made my visit very special and I will never forget them ❤️❤️
The family room is large and but even in the female dorms everybody is lovely.

Close to the airport but quite enough to relax. Has many restaurants and markets close by. Found it close to most of my destinations in Muscat. Fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and most household amenities are new and working. Plenty of parking under the building.

This place is super clean, very quiet and the room though simple had everything I needed. I was impressed at the way that Host had thought about so many details including a drying rack, iron and board plenty of electrical and USB outlets and a very decent size bedroom and big bathroom. Also very good airport pick up service-much cheaper than the taxi.

First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met,
he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport.
from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp.
Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible.
Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay.
I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed.

Muscat is a truly beautiful city. Clean, peaceful, and rich in culture, with breathtaking scenery from the mountains to the sea. The people are warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is calm and authentic, and everything feels well organised and safe. A wonderful destination that leaves you feeling relaxed and inspired. First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks
No facilities for fun or family activities
No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive
No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

I am so happy I made the effort to visit Muscat.
I am so happy I made the effort to visit Muscat. As a solo traveler, it was daunting, but once I arrived and started visiting places, I felt right at home. I met people from so many different cultures, learnt a lot about the country's history which I found truly fascinating. Everyone should visit Muscat at some point.

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
