A very efficient and helpful team of the hotel. A representative came to fix the stovetop upon receiving our report. When it could not be fixed immediately, the receptionist helped change and upgrade our room right away. The balcony was big and with a great view. The kitchenette was fully equipped. The housekeeping staff member was accommodating when I asked him to come do the cleaning a bit later. The dishwasher capsule and other consumables were refilled. All in all, a highly enjoyable stay. We're very satisfied customers. Will certainly recommend the hotel to our friends.

Clean, tidy, beautiful view, comfy bed. 5 minutes walk from the lakefront. Kitchenette was great. Sitting out on the balcony for a morning coffee or sunset beer was amazing.

The experience was perfect from the beginning. Jean-Pierre the owner was there to meet us and took our apartment, explaining everything. Also gave us lots of great information on Queenstown. The apartment was amazing with beautiful furniture, figurines, pictures and lovely touches everywhere. We also had a large heated outdoor Jacuzzi to use which we did multiple times. A wonderful breakfast was prepared each morning by a chef Toni Clarke. Also loved the location - water taxi nearby, easy to get an Uber when we didn't want to drive and glorious views.

Queenstown is like a beautiful swiss village in the heart of stunning natural beauty including pristine alpine lakes, several good ski slopes and world class hiking trails. It has a real international feel with travellers and workers from around the world. There is a great range of accomodation and activities here for all tastes. The only downside is food and accommodation is quite expensive, especially for a family. Even the price of groceries is exorbitant. Coming from Melbourne we found it hard to find a reasonable priced meal out. The quality of food is hit and miss. Some places look great but the food is lacking. The best food in queenstown is at FergBurger and FergBakery as well as Erik's Fish and Chips. Would highly recommend NZone Skydiving, Lighthorse Adventures (horseriding at Glenorchy) and the Ben Lomond Hiking trail.

Absolutely gorgeous setting for a cute little town. Great shopping, restaurants, and activities. Some people say it's too touristy, but I didn't find that the case (although compared to the more remote areas of New Zealand, it definitely feels more crowded)

Arrowtown is lovely to walk around. Very old and interesting buildings and pretty gardens. It is especially pretty in the autumn with the trees in orange yellow autumn colors.
Interesting shops to look at. Nice Cafe and eating places.

Visiting Queenstown in the summer is wonderful, Lupins in bloom, beautiful weather, it’s a fantastic summer destination as well as winter.
