Everything. So cozy, so roomy. It feels like you're at home except nicer. Farm animals around the room are great for any animal lover. Toast for brekkie is an awesome added bonus as well. I will definitely be back.

The managers were extremely kind and welcoming. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The hotel has all facilities you can need, especially if you are long distance cycling as we were. The studios are cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is modern, very clean and functioning The hotel is not far from the center. It was perfect for us. Thanks a lot 🙂

The manager was really helpful when we enquired about leaving our cases and checking in. Accommodation was of a reasonable size - we had a double bed plus a single though a couple, on the first floor. Awkward with suitcase as no lift but not really a problem. A shower room and toilet area, and a small area with microwave, toaster and kettle. Situation was only a small walk into town with a wide range of restaurants and cafes available. Great value.

The Esplanade park is fantastic - bush walks, rose garden, immaculate paths, playgrounds, pools, cafe, kids railway, lots of seating and shady spots to relax in the summer heat - something for everyone!
Palmy is easy to get around - it's flat, the roads are well laid out and everything is only 10 minutes away.
The Plaza is a good mall to shop and spend time in.
Good selection of cafes and restaurants.

Feilding is a gorgeous country town.
Feilding is a gorgeous country town. Has a lot going for it. Centrally located. Has a great eatery called Rosebowl Bakery, amazing selection of eats, nice spacious cafe area and great staff. Reasonable prices too.

No problem.
No problem. I don't enjoy driving at night but found the highway really good Mostly straight road. Didn't get time to explore the whole area but have been through it before. Nice domain just across the road and a little down.

I only the best was great bridge set up for bridge venues and the convention centres and the number of people were so big that the convention centre couldn't hold so they opened the bridge club as well so both venues were so full and that's where I went to play cards and both places they were great had no time to go other places as we walk to our venues and had great restaurants to have dinner

We were there because of the annual automotive swap meet. We have family living there. The town is pretty, easy to get around. We were recommended Aunty Jo Jo for fish and chips; very fresh and delicious.

I attended an event at the Palmy Conference Centre.
I attended an event at the Palmy Conference Centre. Really enjoyed that you can walk out the conference centre and go to numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants just across the road. I wouldn't make a special trip to Palmerston North but I would be happy to sat there on my way through. Lots of very reasonable places to stay. It was good the the Palmy Conference Centre offered free parking for attendee's BUT the PALMERSON NORTH CITY COUNCIL fined many people for parking in he wrong place because the parking instructions were not that clear. RUDE. They need to do better. Attendee had older car stolen on first day so be a bit cautious.

quaint little place, clean and tidy town. Appears to be growing industrially faster than domestically. Was a business trip so not a lot of tourist-type activities were undertaken. Went past a couple of interesting-looking museums. next time maybe.
