I had an early flight and this hotel was very convenient. There's a bus you can book at the reception, but if you don't have too much luggage, I'd recommend walking. It's about 15 minutes by foot to either terminal and very straightforward (just follow the signs). I arrived pretty late due to some bus mishaps, but the check-in went very smoothly; please note there's a credit card surcharge (it also said so in the terms). The room was very nice and clean. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable, plus you get enough clean towels. There's a television, desk, mini fridge, and hair dryer as well. There are plenty of power outlets, and there's free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate (and there's more in the lobby if you run out). It's good to know there's also a supermarket and some other shops just across the road.

Easy to get the shuttle bus to the airport, very comfy room. A bit pricy but worth it. Wish we had more time to check out the bar.

Fabulous location.
Fabulous location. Well stocked unit with all essentials and very tidy. Good base with zoo/notation/crystal mountain within approx1/2hour drive. Very quiet neighbourhood. Good heating. Value for money compared with other places.
We were close enough to drive to supermarket and Pizza Hut for our two night stay.
Is best suited for a couple we had a toddler and falling on hard floors etc was a challenge.
Good communication on booking.
First time using app etc so took some getting used to.

No milk with supplements, had to find a local shop to buy some to have a cup of tea? Very bad management. Outside in the grounds very untidy, rubbish and dirty bedding left outside of some of the rooms when we were looking for a staff member. no staff on the property??
Very bad.

The location of the cottage surrounded by nature is wonderful.
You can see the sunrise and sunset on the quiet inland sea in front of you from inside the cottage or from the garden. It seems as if we are the only ones staying there and have the view all to ourselves. The only visitors are a variety of small birds and the occasional cute kitten.
The stylish cottages are equipped with all the elements for a comfortable stay for visitors.
Megan and Craig's careful preparation and kind hospitality make guests feel like they're in a dream.

Auckland CBD continues to be and area of Auckland to be avoided at all costs!
Road closures, road cones, dirty streets and homeless people continue to dominate the CBD.
Quality shopping is almost non-existent in the CBD.
Limited places to eat after 10pm.
Unless you have a good reason to visit the CBD (Shows at the Aotea Centre, Town Hall or Civic), you will probably have no reason to visit Auckland's CBD.

The villa had a very nice sea view from the bottom level and the top, there were a few other areas that we did not get to go to although looked very pleasing to stay, the kitchen and eating areas were great. Whitford is not too far from the city centre it is a nice drive. we had a great time and only a short stay but I am sure there are many activities around that would be enjoyable!

Friendly helpful locals on two occasions of whom I asked directions. Museum is well worth a visit- trained soldiers there for WW 2.Easy to get around Papakura walking, fairly flat.pleasant parks.Lots of takeaways of brown food, fried chicken and chips etc. Good taxi service. Some rubbish in the gutters- drink cans, papers.Countdown and New World supermarkets. Farmers and Postie plus gives some idea of the size of Papakura

This is a right-on-the-waterfront property overlooking the shallow waters of the Waiuku River. There are several ramps nearby. Very quiet and peaceful at the end of a cul-de-sac. Bring everything you want in terms of food and drink as the nearest shops are a drive away (a dairy and a 4 Square - 10 minutes). Supermarkets are 25 minutes away. No oven but hob and microwave provided. Wonderful deck catches the afternoon sunshine and sunset. Heat pump in 'Kotare', which is where I stayed. Very comfortable bed & all the property was beautifully presented.

Treated like cattle and ja..Ed into trains which didn't stop where we had gotten on.
Left in the dark and rain at around midnight at a station kms from the carpark of the previous station where so many of us at got onto the train.
Shameful way to make visitors pay into your inefficient transport system Auckland.
